According to Saudi spokesperson, Faisel Al Hazard, "Most world leaders must be cuffed around with the threat of OPEC slowdowns before they perform small favors for his highness. President Obama needed no threat. You might say he was pre-compliant." Al Hazard refused to comment on rumors that President Obama had been "sold" to the Sultan of Dubai for several cans of soda and a Twixt bar.
