NEW YORK CITY, NY - In a speech to the United Nations, President Obama called upon member nations to pay their parking tickets so the United States could use the money to fight global warming. "We face a colossal cataclysm that will crush our craniums," said the President. "But with the money mustered from years and months of unpaid motor misdemeanors, America will mount a massive assault upon the monstrous morphing of our climate." The President is prepared to offer loans and grants to help countries pay their back tickets, as well as rebates and cash incentives if they pay before the end of 2009.
