ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE - A fleet of Air Force C-17 Globemaster cargo planes stand ready to distribute President Obama's stimulus package. "We have our orders," said Air Force spokesperson Capt. Erin Andrus. "As soon as a trillion dollars are printed or borrowed, we'll load up the aircraft and deliver the money to America."
